Our life was really hectic during the time our car was being repair. Having superb communications was extremely appreciated not only between the Abra employees and me, but also the Abra employees and the car rental company, Enterprise.

Mainly disappointed in the communications they never called back I always had to call and the auto generated e-mails sucked to there was no updates the work appears to be great but we will see as we have only had it back a couple of days

An easy experience with no stress

I was so pleased with the repair work that was done. I was really surprised by the cleaning and detail work, my car looked brand new. The whole process was a wonderful experience. It was nice to get updates and be informed about the work every step of the way. Thanks to everyone at the Snohomish Abbra.

Chris, the service advisor did an excellent job and very professional. He explained everything as to how the car will be repaired and also gave me an option whether to use original Honda parts or not and the breakdown of the costs. . He gave me plenty of time to think about it and then when I decided and picked Abra in Snohomish to do the job, he updated me everyday as to how the repair was going on. True to his words, the repair of the car was completed in 2 days. He worked late and even cleaned the inside of the car and washed it himself and when he said it will be ready at 5:30 pm , 5:30 pm it was. when it's time to pay, the price was even lower from the original estimate and when I asked why, he said there was a part that was not really needed to replace or repair so the costs even came down. What an honest man! I highly recommend Abra car repair shop in Snohomish and Chris is truly an asset to your shop. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Thank you Abra in Snohomish for a great service and thank you so much Chris!! My daughter is very pleased with the repair of her car.
