I really hated the texts you guys sent about "updates." You literally should just get rid of that seeing as it gives you 0 updates. I didn't like how the front desk lady didn't inform me of Kelli contacting people on Tuesdyas and Thursday's. I expected a report by the end of the first day. I also didn't like that Kelli forgot that I asked them to check out my alignment for Monday when I called in at 2pm she asked if I wanted to come get it. The auto detailing inside was ok. There was dust all over in it for some reason sticking to the top of my steering wheel. It wasn't vaccummed well on the floors besides the mats. The other parts weren't touched. Center console maybe got vaccummed out but not whipped down. I did like that if got done relatively quick. That when I did talk to Kelli she was very open and always contacted me back via email and phone. The work they did looks good for the bumper work. I was worried it wouldn't match. It ended up matching well :)

Very pleased with the whole process.

Good communication throughout. Only issue was that the insurance company was not quick to get the claim to ABRA, which meant a week's delay in scheduling the work. Once scheduled, there were no surprises. Chris was excellent at keeping me informed.

They were sensitive to my needs helped in communicating with the insurance company and the car rental agency, kept everybody updated and completed on time. The time frame for the repair was a little longer than was projected in the future I think if you don't give a customer a time that their truck or vehicle will be done until you've torn it apart and seeing all the damage that needs to be repaired.
