Was told parts would be ordered when I scheduled my appointment because they knew what needed to be replaced at my quote appointment. Scheduled my appt 2 weeks out. Brought my car in 11am on Tuesday with an appointment and was told it’d be 3-4 days before It was complete. Thursday night was told it’d be sent to another location because they were overbooked and that way it’d get done faster. it is now Monday and they are saying it won’t be done until at least Wednesday and parts weren’t ordered nor was my car worked on until it got to the new location. I work in the automotive service industry and understand occasional setbacks and the shop being packed but this is very unprofessional and there is little sense of urgency with my vehicle, though I had an appointment to get my car fixed. When we spoke to the service writer for my car on Friday he said if we didn’t have my car back by the end of Monday he’d get us ima rental car paid for by abra and he is now saying he hasn’t talked to his manager about it. I brought my car in on 11/13 and am now being told it may not be done until after the long weekend which would be the 26th earliest.

The repair process was fast and simple. The repairs looked great. My only complaint is that the inside of the car could have been cleaned better. They only vacuumed the front seats and didn’t put my floor mats back in.
