Everything went well except that my car was released to me with no gas left. My car was running on empty and I barely made it to a gas station. When I dropped off the car, there was a quarter tank of gas in it.

Raymond was great to work with: prompt, helpful, customer-service oriented, kept me informed on the status of repairs, the job was done earlier than expected: Raymond helped move my belongings from rental to my car and arranged for rental to be picked up from Abra, saving me time and trouble. Receptionist was courteous and thorough and car repair looks great and car was returned washed and vacuumed. I hope I don't need this type of repair again but if I do I will choose Abra
