Everyone was great and did a wonderful job in handling the repair. My one complaint was that it took a full extra day to complete beyond what was told to me because of a delay in the shipment of a part. Since I was paying for a rental car out-of-pocket, that amounted to an extra 60 that I was required to spend- not thrilled about the extra expense.

In general the repair work was really good. We did notice a small indent remained in the fender when we got the car home.
The online communications with our insurance company could have been more timely. A lack of information caused some concern when we picked up our car.
