Everyone was great! I was kept informed during the entire process. Repairs were completed ahead if schedule. No one likes being in an accident, but they made the whole ordeal pleasant, and my car looks like new!

Everyone was great and did a wonderful job in handling the repair. My one complaint was that it took a full extra day to complete beyond what was told to me because of a delay in the shipment of a part. Since I was paying for a rental car out-of-pocket, that amounted to an extra 60 that I was required to spend- not thrilled about the extra expense.

Repair work was excellent, turnaround was timely. Staff was attentive and courteous. Vacuumed and washed vehical was great surprise! Wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend this shop!

Some if the trim/seal between the lower rocker panel and rear bumper is already separating. Hopefully this can be fixed correctly. Thank you.

Everyone was very professional and provided excellent customer service . It's only been a short time since I picked up my car, but from what I see it's been restored and in great shape . I've brought 2 cars into your shop, and will recommend you to others. I'm a concierge at luxury apartment buildings in Seattle, and am so happy to have a trustworthy shop to refer my residents to.

In general the repair work was really good. We did notice a small indent remained in the fender when we got the car home. The online communications with our insurance company could have been more timely. A lack of information caused some concern when we picked up our car.
