You guys are really great! My car's repairs make it look new again! Thank you for everything! The service was swift, which was most appreciated! The wreck actually happened one stop light from your shop & I rolled in with a missing window in the rain, your shop guys put plastic over my missing window to get me on the road & complimentary! When I filed my claim with USAA, I specifically asked for the work to be done at your garage because of how I was treated after the wreck! Thank you so much for everything! You've got a loyal customer because of it!

Text updates were not informative or helpful until the final alert notifying me that my car is ready. Here, for example, is the first automated alert: Update: Hi Michael. Your Pontiac repair is underway! No worries! The repair process is coming along nicely. ABRA Auto Body & Glass No estimate of time to delivery, nor of an actual step like "we just got the parts in." The second and third alerts are similar in this way. To call these a 30,000-foot view would be generous. Without info on the timeline or processes, these are just canned make-the-customer-feel-good throwaways. Fix that and treat your customers like they have some idea of what a body repair needs.

Admittedly I know nothing about running a garage, but if you offered a few other basic services like oil changes, I would've signed up for the sake of convenience. Otherwise, very efficient and professional.
