You returned my car with a litany of fault lights and the part you replaced not working properly. Body work looks fine but you've made a mess of the BMW's systems and haven't remotely been helpful in resolving this. Terrible finish and I now have All State engaged to resolve.

I had an amazingly positive experience with ABRA. After being in an accident that was not our fault, we had taken our car to another company recommended by the other person's insurance company. They were so busy that we scheduled service two weeks out. The day before taking our car in, they called and informed us that they had never ordered the parts and that they couldn't fit us in until 2 weeks later. I immediately found ABRA (also recommended by both my insurance and the other insurance company). They scheduled an appointment for me the very next day. I dropped off the car and they arranged for a rental car on my behalf. Their communication was the best I've ever received. I got numerous email updates and nearly daily phone calls from the representative, Jeremy, letting me know about the status of my repair work. ABRA finished the job in under a week. I came back to pick up the car and it was washed, vacuumed and detailed, a pleasant surprise given how dirty it was when we dropped it off. At the end of the day, this was the most positive car repair experience I've had.
