. Damage to small interior piece occurred after car left with Abra, but not brought to owner's attention
. Expected phone call update next morning on ordering small replacement part, did not occur as of mid afternoon
. Facilitation with Enterprise rental not done 1st come, 1st serve

Randy was phenomenal and his customer facing skills were fantastic. I knew that he would take care of everything. The two front office women (sorry, don't recall their names) were very kind and very good at my intake/check out. I even had to come in for my work garage pass and they were able to pull it from my car immediately which saved me over 100 in parking fees downtown. So grateful!

I felt totally comfortable and they were truly flexible because when it was ready I couldn't pick it up till Monday, and they did a superb job. They treated my car like a person. Texting me daily of the progress. They said my car was happy. That was funny.
