Car looks like new and I really appreciated the extra care... Inside was vacuumed.

When I first called the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional, seemed like she didn't know how to do anything, she was rude and very short with me. She also didn't have my name correct even after I spelled it numerous times. When I came in for my estimate Chad Ness helped me. He on the other hand was very professional, very knowledgeable, as well as informative. When I called to schedule the appointment to bring my vehicle in the same rude lady answered the phone and couldn't even schedule my appointment. I had to go online and do it myself and had a service rep. call me to set up my appointment. Once I brought my vehicle in for drop off, Jeremy came to greet me. He also was very professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I have gone to other body shops in the past and they say hello, good bye, we will call you when your car is ready for pick up. Jeremy made sure that if I had any questions or concerns that he was readily available to assist. I received updates via text every time something different was happening with my vehicle. I know that from now on if I have any type of collision needs I will be a returning customer. They also fully detailed my vehicle as a courtesy and my vehicle was in dire need of this due to having three kids who love to make messes. :)

Overall a very positive experience. We didn't have an appointment so felt a little unwelcome initially when we brought our car in, but we were fit in the schedule and it was a good experience after that. Good communication, good repair work so far , and staff was friendly when we picked up the car. We appreciated the text updates and Enterprise car rental on site is quite a perk. They are very customer service oriented.

I was incredibly satisfied with my service at ABRA! Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in discussing the vehicle damages, the course of action for the necessary repairs, as well as related timelines. He was incredibly personable and communicated every step of the way. His service was excellent in quality and his team addressed all of my personal needs. I would definitely refer Eric to others and plan to come back to ABRA because of the great service that I received.

I love the entire job. Obviously there are parts that dont look like they were straight out of the factory, but that's just me nit picking. Other than that, the repair looks amazing :) thanks guys!

Lindsay was great...very helpful and very professional...the inside of my window was covered in armor all and interior needed cleaning....otherwise my experience went pretty well...although they had to redo the paint after the first try was not acceptable...again.I am very grateful for Lindsay making sure they redid it to her satisfaction and I am very grateful...thank you
