I was erroneously notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup when in fact in was not. I consequently wasted an hour and a half of work/family time, only to have to return the following evening to pick the vehicle up. Furthermore, there is still glass embedded in my seat from vandalism (poor interior cleanup)
