The central scheduling department instructed me that it would be ok to stop by the Seattle location without an appointment. I asked several times if that would be ok, I would have to take time off from work and they assured me that it would be. When i arrived the person at the desk said that they don't like it when "they" do that and the earliest appointment would be Friday or she could try and work me in Wednesday. When I said that wouldn't work with my schedule no other attempt was made to help me. I went into the parking lot and called the central scheduling department and shared my experience and they put me through to the person at the front desk who then suddenly could help me... This was a very bad experience.

The whole process was extremely professional and expedited. I couldn't believe how easy Geico and Abra made getting my car repaired! From the rental car on-site to the communication about the estimate, repair time - and actually finishing when they said they would! I didn't have to wait when I dropped it off or when I picked it up. Very friendly at all steps in the process. And the car looks great! Would definitely recommend Abra!
