I loved having text messages to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs, and you completed the work even faster than estimated. I also appreciated having a Geico insurance adjuster right on site, and the rental car ready to go, and then easy to turn in. Thank you, Abra!

The reason for my disappointment has very little to do with ABRA and more to do with Geico. I really wish that, when a drunk driver hit my parked car, I would get more than just used parts and visible glue, but that's what you get when you save 15% or more on your car insurance...Thanks for your hard work ABRA. Geico; good one. You really got me good.

I really appreciated the frequent updates, and being kept so well informed. The car looks great. Thanks for all your work. One suggestion I have from the customer's point of view is that it is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to reach you by telephone. Investing in extra phone support at the office would go a long way toward making customers feel more connected and would bring your total customer service up to grade A plus.
