Excellent communication! Excellent work! They got me in and out quickly and made a stressful situation very smooth and easy!

Good job on everything completed. However, the electrical problems on the right side of the vehicle and moon roof as well the headlight that we mentioned needed to be fixed were not addressed. It wasn't until we got the car back that we realized we still cannot close our moonroof, we cant drive when it is dark and we still cannot use the right side electrical, or run the air properly. These are major issues that were not deemed important or addressed. The Acadia as you know needs to be taken apart to fix these items, which is why it should have been fixed when you were working on it. Because this was overlooked it will cost us double in labor costs to have it pulled apart all over again and put back together again...not to mention the inconvenience of arranging for drop off, and pick up of our vehicle in addition to the rental costs and additional time. Overall this experience has left us very frustrated and back to square one as we must undergo this whole process again and be out even more time and money. Nicole R

I’m glad you have a guarantee but disappointed that i have to bring my car back for additional work. My bill for repair shows polishing of wheels of the driver side, but the wheels were untouched. There is also something on the driver side headlight and the front corner of the bumper that wasn’t there before - they are not shiny like the rest of the car. This will need fixing please

Someone always picked up the phone immediately and I was able to get my questions answered all the time. Communication was not a problem and if I did not pick up the phone they sent me text messages to inform me. Everything was great. As far as the work itself, I don’t know because I just picked up my car today but everything looks good so far

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and was told that my vehicle needed to be disassembled to provide an accurate estimate. I left with a rental and received a voicemail a few days latee informing me the inspection had been complete and asking me if I approve of the work. The only problem was the voicemail included no information at all about what work needed to be done. Long story short, the dealership performed the work without me authorizing it and put me in an undesirable situation - my right to shop around had been taken from me.

Perfect craftsmanship and superior customer service. Having previously worked in the industry, I was sceptical about a shop fixing my car. My nerves were calmed by Mel at the Lynnwood shop, who assured me I was in good hands. Mel communicated with me throughout the entire process.

The work was not perfect at the first time done, and I had to give another day and show the issues for them to Redo again
