The job was very late to completion. While we were advised their may be a small delay, we did not expect the delay to be as long as it was. The headlights were not tested and were not repaired. A drink was left in the center console--assuming it was one of your staff members.

I think the repair in and of itself was very good. However there were some miscommunication to pick up as when we called to double check if we could pick up around 6:30 the person said no. Then 5 min after we received an email about the vehicle being ready and that was confusing. But other than that, it was a good servicing for my vehicle.

All repair work was very good. I appreciated our service lead, he explained everything thoroughly and watched out for our best safety interests. I was very disappointed how long it took, because a key part of the repair was forgotten so the repair took an additional 3 days. Then when we got the call that the car was done and we could come to pick up, we waited over 45 minutes. the paperwork was not done and seemed to get started after we were there for 40 minutes. if this is normal than you should explain that to customers before they arrive but better yet, have everything ready to go.
