My available ride to go pick my truck up put me to Abra of Bellevue a couple hours early. I spent a few in the waiting room making calls and answering emails. As a contractor I have a habit of watching and seeing almost everything. So while sitting making calls I was very empress’ that the office staff of about ten men and women all worked together so well, dealing with walk in’s each other and answering calls. I would send anyone looking for work on their vehicles to take them to Abra. My truck was perfect,They will please you l’m sure !!!

I really enjoy working with Bruce and Megan. This time I had to work with Jill due to the claim being through Geico. Things started off a bit bumpy with Jill and eventually smoothed, however I did not get the warm feeling I do with Bruce and Megan. Nonetheless I still want to make sure the shop is not affected because of this experience.

When I picked up my car, I was so happy it was ready 5 days earlier than expected. However it was not ready for pick up like said. They did not complete what they needed and was not in the same condition as before the accident. The paint is not smooth and shiny like the rest of the car, almost bumpy,noticeably different, and after talking to 2 people with Abra, they agreed. The back bumper was looser than other side. Also, the interior was not cleaned or vacuumed so the seat fabric was covered in paint dust as well as the damaged parts of the car, tire, wheel and broken pieces of hub caps where just thrown in back. It's like they hadn't even checked everything and cleaned up before calling me to pickup. We were there in total for almost an hour. They cleaned the car and fixed the bumper with a clip, and said that I would need to bring the car back to fix the paint issue. They said polishing it should help but they would need to set me up with a rental car for a day. So, I took the car since I needed to pick up my son from school and had already returned my rental with enterprise. This is a bit of a hassle going back and forth like this. The gentleman I spoke with, Dan, was very apologetic and helpful. I just brought the Journey back today, hoping for a better experience upon pickup this time.

Overall the expierience was fine. The customer service agent who sits on the right (as you walk in) was delightful. Car looks great. Just had an awkward moment where I am pretty sure I heard one person joking about the condition of my car to the other front desk associate who appeared to indicate I was the owner of the car she had commented on. Perhaps I misread the situation as I was pretty uncomfortable with the state of my car when I had to turn it in. But I don’t think I did. As someone in the customer service industry it made me so uncomfortable to think that someone would be so out of touch as to bring up/joke about a customer expierience etc. ok front of another customer regardless of whether or not it was the customer in question. It was poor taste if so. However my cars condition, I shouldn’t have to worry about people joking about it.

It's been a while since we've required body work to any of our vehicles. Dion was great about keeping us informed/updated. Wonderful touch in customer service that we hadn't experienced before! If we need body work again, but hopefully not, we will return to Abra.
