This is my third or fourth time to precision/abra and service just keeps getting better. After a morning snafu regarding whether or not part was on hand (something about the receptionists not bringing orders back to the technicians), Bruce did a great job rectifying things and ensuring the part would arrive. Great communications with Bruce and the rest of the team over the course of the day. When I came to pick my car up, the entire car had been cleaned and Bruce took the time to recommend detailing shops and wax options to me. Super impressed! Give Bruce and the team 11 out of 10!
