My experience with Abra was exceptional! The Abra team was professional, kept me up to date on all phases of the repair and called when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Repairs were perfect and I received my car back washed and polished. Also, I used the Hertz to rent a car during the repair (Bellevue location closet to Abra). Abra has an arrangement with Hertz and they picked me up at Abra to take me back to their office and they also came and picked up the rental at Abra when my car was ready. Service doesn't get better than that!
