This was my second experience with the ABRA Auto Body & Glass company. The car looks great, the scratch in the right rear quarter panel is totally repaired. I only have to return to get a little hazy circle removed around the trailing edge of the door.
I'd recommend the company to anyone who wants a first class quality, professional job to repair body or glass damage.

I only had contact with 2 people at your organization (Joe Sanchez & the receptionist). These 2 I would consider are "perfect" employees. They both were extremely polite & very knowledgeable. If you hire this type of person your company will trive.
The detail work on my car was really good.

My car was due Thursday June 22 but I budgeted for Friday completion. When I called I was told that ABBRA was waiting on a part. I made arrangements with Kim to pick up the car the next day Saturday the 24th. Apparently there were a number of early departures on Friday and sadly my car was forgotten in the process. When I arrived Saturday morning at 9am as instructed, I waited for almost 40min ( another client was being helped and he was being a challenge.I will say I was impressed and pleased on how THAT client was dealt with ) before I was told that the part had not in fact come in and my car would not be ready. Monday came and went with an additional challenge with yet another part. Tuesday came and went and I finally got my car back Wednesday AFTERNOON. I was the one who had to call to get updates. I was the one who had to instigate communication as to timing. It was very frustrating. My weekend plans were COMPLETELY destroyed. It was pride weekend and I had to cancel EVERY single activity I had planned. I am still really upset about this. What was supposed to take 3 days took 7 AND a weekend. I would welcome an opportunity to make this a non issue in the future.

Not big issues.
The ETA was updated on 6/26 to be ready on 6/26. It was not ready until 6/28 and I had to call to find that out.
Also, one part was not put on because of fresh paint. It was left in the trunk, but this was not communicated until I called about the missing part and it was explained to me.
I was impressed that the Snohomish and Bellevue shops collaborated when the former was too busy to complete the work. I think that worked well.

Status updates were not at all timely. I did get an update when the ETA was moved forward. But when that day arrived, and I had heard nothing, I had to call to find out the car was not going to be ready.
