Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Bellevue

Was overall satisfied with repair job, just wish it didn't take an entire week to get the repair estimate/an actual update. I also asked for the original "Imperial Ford" dealer logo that was on my trunk door to be put back on underneath the "Focus" lettering since you offered to do so, but you didn't end up doing it. Not a huge deal but a little disappointing. I appreciated Megan's frequent updates on the repair process, but it would have been nice to have been provided with a callback contact number or email to ask questions (I called the Abra general number to ask about the estimate details once I got them, was met with "I don't know anything only the estimator would", and said he would have her call me but this never happened). Anyway I still am satisfied with the repair job and car cleaning, but thought I would leave some feedback on some other points of the process. Thanks again

The car isn’t done because “there was an incident in the shop”. I’d recommend not sending these surveys before the car is actually done and I’m certainly not satisfied having two wait additional days for the van because of your error and the best you are offering is for me to go pick up a rental car?
