I've been working with Bruce Holeman since this outfit was called "Precision Collision" in 2008. Bruce himself is a very meticulous, detail oriented man that does not accept a lesser than stellar result for his customers. Because I too have a very critical eye, and am keen to keep my cars, and especially my wife's car pristine, I come to ABRA and work with Bruce to ensure that my wife is happy with her vehicle. Bruce, and employees like him, are what makes an organization successful. He embodies the corporate values that others speak words about, but don't have the faintest clue as to how to take those words and put them into action to help meet customer needs and expectations. My advice to you is two-fold: First, reward and congratulate Bruce on maintaining a very high level of excellence over the years and REFUSING to compromise that for any reason. Second, I urge you to get people to either report to him, or mentor UNDER him, to take that knowledge out of his brain housing group and share it with others, to the betterment of your business.
I have always been happy with the larger organization and have no complaints at all. The specific, concrete reason for my continued happiness with the work I receive from ABRA however is almost wholly resting on the shoulders of Bruce. I hope I never get into another situation where my cars need the work of a professional body repair outfit. IF I DO HOWEVER, I will make **** sure that I bring the vehicle to ABRA/Caliber/whoever they are that week and get Bruce's help. It is possible to full his shoes, but it will be **** hard. Recognize that, and plan accordingly, and I can all but assure you of continued success.
In closing, I wish you MORE of that sustained success, and do NOT forget that Bruce, and folks like him that have high values, commitment, and personal/professional integrity, are what MAKES you successful as a company.

I was overall satisfied with the process and the work that was done. A couple of suggestions for you to consider: ****. Please try to have more convenient hours for working or other busy people. You’re open until 7:00 p.m. but will only look at cars between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 2. Please improve your communications. Instead of canned texts like your car is good and “have fun today,” how about a brief email or text with some substantive information from a human being. I did get one email from the “Customer Service Manager” to which I responded with a follow up question and never received a response. Just your next canned message text.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they not only fixed everything that was damaged but cleaned the entirety of my car. Inside and out it looked fantastic and felt brand new. I kinda let the interior get away from me but they really went to town on it, and I wasn't expecting that. Awesome job, will definitely come back but I hope I don't have to!
