The first thing I noticed was that the staff was extremely polite to me, even when I called several times throughout the process to check up on my vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle, I did a full inspection of my car, and it was immaculate. Looked like they completely cleaned the inside of my car as well as the outside. Nothing was out of place and my car looked great. The job was done in a timely manner and there were no issues. I like the fact that I was kept informed every step of the way.

Have always had a great experience bringing my car to Tacoma Abra. Nicole was a great help answering all my questions and Marion kept me up to speed with my cars progress. I explained to Nicole that I had a rental I was paying for while my car was being serviced, she relayed the message to Marion and she ensured that a rush was put on my maintenance and the team got my car back to me a whole day earlier than expected! Thanks to everyone at Tacoma Abra I would definitely refer them to anyone who needs car work done. 10/10!
