First off Abra is great and I will tell you why. the day it was ready I was at work and wouldn't be able to take off to go and pick It up before Abra closed. The folks at Abra of Kent desmoines Washington not only took my car to my work but also picked up the rental. Taylor the sweet girl in the desmoines location as well as the manager there made it so easy and unstresfull they kept me updated along the way even going as far as taking Care of teeny tiny scratches throughout the car for me I could not be more happy thanks Kent desmoines, Washington
