Kevin is awesome. He always takes care of me in a very timely manner. His customer service is great! No complaints about him at all. He is always smiling and makes sure I am pleased with the work before I leave. Thank you Kevin! I am not impressed with Monica. She is rude and unfriendly. My parents took my car in today and said the same thing. They felt like They were putting her out. She is in a customer service role and should make your customers feel welcome...not like they are wasting her time. Very unsatisfied with that aspect of the Burlington location.
