Abra was the ideal experience with an out of pocket body repair. (besides of course a winning lottery ticket) They were kind, quick with an estimate, helpful navigating some of the small detail work, very informative throughout the process, good with updates, and completed the job more quickly than I was expecting. They went out on a limb a little to keep the cost close to the original quote, which was very genuine and appreciated. And the car looks great! Better than I had imagined it would. Will recommend. Also my car is 25 years old, and I know body shops sometimes give the cold shoulder to older cars- that wasn't the case, and I was never treated like my repair was any more difficult or any less a priority than any other car. The whole staff was kind and responsive, but I worked with Lisa and it was an exemplary experience.

My husband I couldn't believe how the paint job turned out! It looks so amazing and had us excited to get it back. We also appreciate the detailing inside, especially since we know how dirty our van can get with two kids and a dog. While I hate the reasons that bring us to Abra, I couldn't imagine bringing our banged up cars anywhere else.

I must say that the crew that worked with me on ****/10/19, was the best service I have experienced in a long time! Hands down great people with passion and big hearts. I picked up my car at around 5pm, requested asome minor touch-ups be done to the paint before I left, and drove to Winco for dinner. As I was getting ready to jump on the main road, the light turned green and my car died(battery too old). I didn’t know who to call and so I called Abra. Steffany and Staci kept calm while I was in panic mode, and said someone would come to help right away. In no time, two gentleman showed up ready to assist me! They jumped me and offered to follow me back to the shop to clean my battery. I thankfully agreed and in what seemed like 15-20 minutes, I was ready to ride home with a borrowed car battery! Thank you Abra for treating me like family! Aloha and mahalo!

Staci at the Bremerton shop is one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered. My car ended up there due to an accident and somehow she managed to make that into a positive experience! Very pleased.

Our car was towed from where we dropped it off in Seattle for work in Bremerton, 90 minutes away. It's not clear to me when it will be returned to my possession.
