I was so worried about being able to see a difference in the paint color where the area was being fixed. My expectations were more than reached. My car looks great, you can't tell my car was ever damaged. I'm very pleased with the work on my car.

Not once did Loid's ever call me, even when they indicated the car would be done in 5 days and I waited 12 days to hear from them. Not once. I had to call them four different times to find out what was going on. I have a full time job, too. It appears that no one there is in charge. The quality of the work was good but their Customer Service is non-existent. I did get this and one other follow up text, though. It really showed a personal touch.
