I specifically mentioned to Brad when I brought my 2013 Toyota Highlander in for a repair estimate on 13 Aug , that the right passenger side fog light was not operational due to the damage sustained, and he said it may just need a bulb. Regardless, that problem/issue was not submitted on the estimate. I do not know if there was any electrical wiring damage that occurred, or if it is a matter of simply replacing the bulb. Bottom line, this problem was not reported within the estimate and I am not completely satisfied. Thank you. Mr. Parker

As a Nissan certified repairer, I expected great results when our vehicle was finished. We are still working on achieving the correct repairs. The alignment is still not correct. My husband said that alignment is outsourced to KIA. Perhaps that is why our Armada is not aligned correctly after the 3rd try. The bumper has blotches (fog light) and where the bumper meets the head light (passenger side) a paint chip. I read great reviews of CBW and this is not the quality work I expected.

When I got home from work and was able to take a look, I was disappointed with the right front fender trim. It still had scrapes on it. The door trim still had marks on it. And I flat don't understand why they put all my caps and parts and things from in my vehicle in a big box then put box in the back seat. They smached down several of the old collectable caps. I didn't bring it in to be pilfered in. The damage was outside the vehicle. Not happy. Thanks, Roy Benefield..
