Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. There was an issue with the replacement bumper, arrived damaged which delayed the repair, I was notified and kept in the loop, communication was great. Then I had an issue where the front camera wasn't reconnected, I called, described the issue was told I could come right in and have it looked at/taken care of, it was completed in just a few minutes while I waited. Issues happen, not complaining about those, just expressing the great customer service I received concerning them. Thank you all! And of course the repair itself looks great.

It took to long to get the parts in. We called several times about the parts and were told they had to wait until ran that skirting at the factory. After over 3 months I called keystone and asked them if I could order the skirting. They gave me the number of the parts supplier who said yes I could order the skirting. I asked if it had been out of stock and they said "no we keep that in stock, it is a common skirting". While the job is excellent the skirting is not the same skirting that is on my camper. It has a texture and the skirting that is on it does not. Again I think the workmanship is excellent except for matching the material. I do believe I was given the run around the availability of the materials.
