I found Frank to be wonderful but when I picked my car up he was off for the day. I didn't find the secretary to be friendly and while I'm sure she's busy a customer is a customer. I had to ask once paid if someone was going to go over my car with me. My rejection sticker was finally located so I could drive my car. I don't think yal do inspections but it would of been nice to not to have done that extra step once I left. The only reason it would not pass was the windshield. I just did not find my end experience to be quick or pleasant. The paint on my car has some trash in it I am sure I can get buffed out so it's ok. I have used Craft Collision before and had a better experience. I don't think I'm picky as the trash in the paint was notified by the mechanic who did my sticker :(
