Everything was great and they did what I asked to be done! The only problem I had was when I picked up my truck there was a scratch on my driver door that cut into the paint that was not there when I dropped it off! They offered to fix it! The only thing is the truck would have to go back into the shop and I agreed but it the only thing is I have no other vehicle I think they should have to offer a rental car while they have my truck since this happened while it was in their care!

We were satisfied during most of the process until the last day when we were supposed to pick us up. Travis keep us informed as things started to unravel the last day, but then was not there when we picked up the car. Based on the events of the last day, Travis should have been there to meet us and go through all the things that were finished. When we got in the car, there were indicator lights on and we had to pull out the manual to figure those out before we could leave your parking lot. We were very frustrated with the final experience!

Just want to say that I am so pleased with my car, and the service that I recieved. I can't say enough good things about you. Everyone was so pleasant to talk to and deal with. Very patient in answering any questions, and loved that you all kept me up to date on what was happening everyday. I would highly recommend you all to anyone needing repairs. For me Billy Craft is the only ones I want to deal with ever. You all are A above and beyond anyone else. Thanks Justin you provided awesome service and repairs and I want to say thank you so much for EVERYTHING. You all are the BEST.

Customer service was excellent from the reception of me as a customer throughout the entire text messages updates along with follow up calls to ensure, I the customer was in the loop of the entire repair. Additional customer support was given when vehicle was ready for pick up along with addressing a small quick fix problem before, I departed the area. Excellence entire process

Frank Pritchettwas amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that our car was repaired with Honda parts and was made as good as new. He went so far as to add a missing front license plate bracket. Communication was beyond amazing. Daily progress reports and my car was ready a full day early. Perhaps what struck me the most was that in every communication Frank addressed me as First Sergeant Pollard. USAA, a company that supposedly caters to the military don't even do that. I hope that I never need the services of Frank and the awesome team at Craft Collision Center again, but if I do I will undoubtedly call upon Craft Collision Center again!

The repair itself was perfect. My no response is based upon the your communication process. It appears you use an automated system which really does not provide adequate especially after days in the process. You also did not let me know that additional cost was detected. Because my insurance company notified me directly I was able to avoid further delays in getting my car back. Interestingly I received an email on Monday that I could pick my car but in fact I picked it up on the prior Friday. A small thing but further evidence that the process could be better. I will definitely use cray again though.
