Wasn't told until almost your closing time on Friday that vehicle was ready to pick up. Resulted in having rental car for three extra days that weren't covered by insurance. Was advised by rental car agency that that is standard practice for Craft. Not acceptable.

I did not like the way the car was cleaned. The interior was cleaned with something and it’s not of quality like I am use to from Craft. Also the place where the rear quarter panel was put back together does not look the same as the other side. I mentioned something and was “put off” stating that’s the way it looks sometime. The car is brand new. Not happy
