I must especially mention Addison Gamo, the General Mgr, who kept in touch with me throughout the process and ensured that all my needs and questions were taken care of. He is so professional, prompt, and courteous that it was a pleasure doing business with him. Another plus: Chandler Auto Body sent me text messages to keep me informed of the progress and anticipated finish time. These were very helpful as it took several days for the work to be completed. The auto body work itself is superior. My car is a 7 year old black Passat and they matched the color perfectly. Before I picked it up, they detailed it beautifully INSIDE as well as out. My car looked and smelled like out of a showroom! Getting such great work and service took the sting out of the situation (having my car hit and damaged).. I highly recommend Chandler Auto to anyone who needs body work. You'll really appreciate the personal service and quality workmanship they offer.
