The body work done to my car was excellent. The only problem i have is that someone removed the Weathertec floor mats and lost one. Specifically, the rear driver side floor matt is missing. Who ever removed it installed the passenger side rear matt in its place. Cant be totally happy when your shop loses something like this.

Really appreciate the excellent work on the car. The only little glitcg came when I went to pay my deductible, which was $250. He accidentally entered $500 which, unfortunately I didn't realize until after I had entered my card. While he did refund the $500 immediately, unfortunately it did not clear my bank for two days, causing my account to be overdrawn. I should have paid more attention before I entered my card. The work on the car was stellar though!!

I had to return because my backup camera wasn’t working right. It was replaced to my satisfaction but I regret that neither the Golden West Collision team nor myself verified that everything was working fine when my car was considered to be ready.

On delivery there were lots of screws and clips missing. My red rear reflector tail light is missing which i found realized later. On delivery i sent my vehicle 3 times to fix the missing clips and screws which was not place back while installation of bumpers after painting.

My rear seat was damaged by your staff, I'm sure the rear seat was in good condition before I left my vehicle. I just noticed that because I went on a trop as soon as I got the vehicle and just back yesterday.
