I had the unfortunate experience of needing body work on my 2018 Volvo three times within a two month period. I cannot compliment the team at Jeff's Body Shop highly enough for their kindness, professionalism, and quality workmanship. I hope I don't have to return, but I will definitely recommend Jeff's to our family and friends!

I initially received an estimate for almost $2700 (the only part of my experience with Jeff's that I did not like.. a very generic inspection done with pics and nobody really looking at my car, which gave me an inflated estimate and missed some things that were necessary for the fix). I spoke with John about the possibility of reconditioned parts and other ways to whittle the cost down. John was very patient and accomodating and the final bill ended up being $1200 (vs. $2700) and I'm very happy with the work and especially the customer service! Thanks to John, you now have a new customer for life! Thank you :)
