I like the updates and friendly service. I was pleasantly pleased with my experience getting my car fixed.

My car was in the shop for 33 days. There was not constant communication the status of repairs until I contacted them. My rental contract ran out with my insurance company. Associated Collision would not help out with a rental car nor did they offer any compensations to assist me. I understand it is a business but there was no effort to assist the customer. I would not choose Associated Collision to repair my Mercedes if I needed a collision center. I would not suggest to any of my friends or family.

Inordinate amount of time to make minor repairs, shoddy workmanship and was disappointed and shocked, you told me it was ready in the state it was in. Severely disappointed in the quality of workmanship!

After looking at my jeep the bumpers don't like up right, the front hood seems off And there is a huge paint run on the hood! I will be coming by today or tomorrow to get these issues addressed. I'm super disappointed! I also found white paint on the rubber of the hood!

Very disappointed in my experience with your facility. I was referred by my employer, USAA to take my vehicle to your location and not only experienced poor scheduling and received a text that my vehicle was ready when it was not but when I went to pick up my vehicle it still had a damaged bumper grill that was not even replaced and the bumper and headlight were not aligned. Kevin made right by offering to place me in a rental until parts were replaced which initially satisfied the extreme disappointment. However, after picking up my vehicle yesterday and driving it to dinner I realized my fog lamps were not connected and wired which means I will now have to make ANOTHER trip to have fixed. It is evident that there is no quality check that is performed prior to the vehicle being released to the customer and if so, that process is clearly broken. Very dissatisfied and will never return and will be sharing my experience with USAA to review and reconsider the relationship with this facility.

It's never a good day when you are in a car accident. Between USAA and Assiciated Collision everything went very smoothly. It was a stress reliever to know that I could return my rental car when I picked up my car. The unexpected bonus was discovering you had washed my car! Thank you so much!
