Poor customer service. Updates via text message were incorrect and my vehicle was said to be on track and set for pick up until the day I was to pick it up. Then I was notified of the issues pending parts. I do not wish to be contacted via telephone

Was not fully repaired the first time which will likely result in additional daily charges for insurance on the rental vehicle.

This was a minor repair and basically the vendor had the vehicle for 2 weeks. He was nice to pick up the charge for the rental for a few days while they re- touched up a small item - but still I thought length of time was too long. When i picked up the car I noticed that the back center seat belt had been buckled in - this vehicle has less than 3600 miles on it - I have had it less than 2 months and never used the middle seat - actually I have never had any back seat passengers ride in it yet. I also noticed that there was dirt on the back seat - it looked as if someone had used the vehicle for personal use - especially as there was a round mark on the inside front window as if someone had plugged in a phone or gps. They did clean the car really nicely but I did not appreciate them using it for personal use while it was in their custody.

All was to my satisfaction except for one item. I had to bring the car back to get the engine trouble light to go off.Took car back and the appropriate adjust made & all is fine. As was explained that when the front bumper is removed the warning light has to reset. Took car back & this was corrected in short order. Thanks for your help. You are my shop of for insurance repairs.
