I was totally satisfied with the bodywork done on my truck, and I was grateful for you cleaning the interior!! But was not happy that you put the dirty jumper cables up on my clean leather seats in the back. The metal contacts of the cables could have scratched my leather! I also noticed that my seat was all out of adjustment, and seemed that someone had adjusted it to their liking. For some reason, my CD player doesn't work anymore, and it was working fine when I dropped it off. I'm not saying that anyone there messed with it and broke it, but after finding my seat out of adjustment, and finding the jumper cables on my leather seat, then anything is possible. Initially, I gave you all 10's on the questionnaire given to me after I inspected the exterior of my truck. I do take part of the blame for not inspecting the interior of the truck while I was there. So for me, there was no reason for my seat to be out of adjustment or for my cd player to be messed with. I was there when your staff was looking at a Porche and they were treating it like an irreplaceable object!! I'm sure that you did not throw their jumper cables on their learher!! My truck may be an older model, but I have taken great care of it. I hope that your staff will be more careful with other customers vehicles in the future. Respectfully, Nic Cuellar

Everything was well done and my service writer was very attentive to detail. There was some clean up that the crew missed but he caught it and made sure things were perfect.

Communication from Associated to me was very poor. I called re: scheduling of repairs because after a week post notification from USAA to Associated and Enterprise I had rec 'd no contact from Associated (Enterprise contacted me second day after claim) Was told someone would call me back, full week after that, no call back, no contact. Called Associated again, now 2 wks post notification from USAA (actually my wife called because she worked for State Farm for 25 yrs and knew who to talk with) and finally shl'd repairs. No contact from Associated during repairs (other than a text mesg thanking me for using Associated and indicating I would get more communication, which I did not). Next communication from Associated was phone call that repairs were completed and I could pick up vehicle. (I did recieve a text mesg that my repair schedule had been updated, this mesg came within 5 minutes of the phone call that repairs were completed). The only communication from Associated to me was the call repairs were completed ( other than the thank you texts) all other communication was initiated by me to Associated after seemingly long delays. I say all this not to berate the issue but to add detail to what I feel was poor customer service regarding timely communication, involvement with the customer and keeping them informed and feeling positive with their choice of repair facility.

After being involved in a collision and the hassle of all of that, it has been such a pleasure to get my car squared away looking good as new all thanks to associated collision center! Very professinal, great communication regarding the status of my vehicle, and great staff! Thank you so very much!

The vp kevin was sarcastic and rude to me implying I wanted to make money off your establishment because I felt the unconvince of my car being damage while in your care and the week late delivery of my finished vehicle called for a discount. He should be fired if you want to gain my complete sati sfaction thanks.

The service and organization at this autoshop is horrible. I basically played a huge role in getting my car back because the autoshop kept twisting things around not ordering part and then complaing about waiting on the insurance. The problem was the company never put the appropriate amount into my account. If I never would've bugged the autoshop to get my car together I'm sure it would still be there. My auto accident was on the 20th of November 2013, I was told my car would be ready by the **** th of Dec. I got an incorrect auto message stating it was ready by the 4th of Dec. Then it was stated it was back to the 18th. I had to call on the 17th of Dec because I never got any confirmation the car was ready. I was then told it was pushed to the 3rd of Jan 2014. On the 2nd I called to get confirmation and STILL I was told my car wasn't ready. I did not receive my car back until the 15th.... Five days shy of two months. THEN!!!!! after I take my car home I find problems with the car door that was supposedly fixed. This is the last **** time I use this auto shop for anything. I will not be recommending any family or friends to this shop either. The entire process was so **** traumatic. Having to deal with unorganized companies this big is unacceptable. Get your crap together, learn how to be for your customer and try to remember how your business even became a company.through loyalty and unfortunately you have lost mine.
