You continue to send automated communications and surveys, to the WRONG PERSON. I told three-service coordinator three different occasions through the repai process the information to contact me, the other person on the insurance account. You still continue to contact the WRONG PERSON! I have to take my car back to fix a locking mechanism that was disconnected during repairs and not reattached. When a client communicates with your staff, in person it would give the appearance of concern to listen and record the information provided. On this you failed.

I mentioned when I drop the car that most of the lights on the board were on and did not went off after the incident, when I received the car, the lights were and are still on, so they did not event try to fix it. Second I mentioned the car started to make some noise when turning on a tight curve and the noise is still there. So no, I am not happy with the way you fix it, yes you fixed the bumper and replaced the light an looks good, but you did not solved all the problems the car started to have after the incident. thanks

My experience was more than expected. Central Houston Cadillac Nissan Collision Center went out of their way to give me customer satisfaction. I heard from them via email every day with my status and they even washed my car before I picked it up. That was a very nice surprise.

There were several reasons why their service sucked. I waited over two months for the repairs. After this period of time I was called and threatened with additional charges if I did not bring back the loaner immediately. So today I brought it back, my boyfriend and I drove away in my car, then noticed the windshield was broken, the glass screen on the radio is shattered, the oil change indicator is on, and there were 500 extra miles on the odometer. Additionally, the gas tank emptied on the way to the gas station and my boyfriend had to roll in neutral the last few hundred feet into the station. Don't worry though this problem will solve itself as I have posted this to my social media. It's been seen by hundreds.
