I always feel as though I got my monies worth when I leave Scotts body shop!

The repair to my roof is shoddy at best. There is a significant gap between the windshield gasket and the front edge of the roof where it was originally dented. If left in its current state, leaking and rust will occur. Cut marks and scrapes, that were not previously there, are on the dashboard (of which I have pre and post pictures). It is as if care was not taken to protect it while either removing or replacing the windshield. An interior trim piece on the driver'side side A bar (where the side air bag is located) was loose, which I snapped back into place. I've left the car there and expect that either the repair is completed to the standards necessary to make it whole, or we discuss cost coverage. As it is, I am an hour and a half away and have been relying on rentals and others for transportation, which is quite costly. I look forward to hearing from you early Monday morning.
