U guys do a awesome job working and fixing car. Going ro tell friends to bring there cars there to get fixed

Everything went very well. So far all repairs seem good although it's still too soon to tell as I just picked it up last night. There is on issue that needs addressing with my back up assist sensors alarm being stuck on while in reverse. It's like it's telling me I am too close to something when I am not. If I did have one negative thing to say that would be that I was told a few times that for instance the truck was going in for paint on Friday. The following Tuesday I get a message saying the truck is going in for paint at THAT time on Tuesday. And another instance where I was told a loaner car was going to be available on x day and that they would call to inform me when I could get it. Did not get any calls until the day before they told me my truck would be done and by that time I already had the situation figured out. I made it clear I needed a car as I work 8n Grand rapids and working 7 days a week and my wife working also. We couldn't afford to rent a car from a rental company so we had to rely on friends and family and co workers to help every day. Was not fun. I am not in any way bashing this company at all. They treated me great and even got the truck done a day ahead of schedule. I chose them because first off they have a great reputation for doing good honest work and second they were state farms preferred shop. Considering it only took 5 days (on paper) to repair the truck I was without xit from the date 9f the accident and started the claim with them to completion. 23 calander days as they were booked with previous customers and had to order parts. I still chose them over someone else that may have been able to do it quicker for the reason of their reputation. So I hope this review is honest enough and isn't meant in any way to be negative. I will definitely use them again in the future but hope that I don't ever HAVE to use them in the future.???? Thank you very much. Tim Carnes 2017 Super Duty Crew Cab.

I was very impressed with the Car Center while they were fixing my car. They kept me informed daily on their process on it. Chris was very professional while talking talking to him personally and on the phone. They found out that there was possibly something else wrong and did some dye testing on it. When I picked my car up, they explained everything that they had done on it and what they had found. I will be recommending the Car Center to everyone that needs care Car.
