I'm super happy with the repair work it looks like brand new and I appreciate very much that the inside of my car was cleaned so well. The only thing I didn't like was when I dropped it off I was told it would be ready in 3 days so I would only need a rental car for 3 days and I ended up having the rental for 7 days at a cost of 262 had I known it was going to take that long I wouldn't have gotten my car done there but at ED KOEHN where I could have had a free loaner car

Texts were nice. Funny though, Greg told me when car would be done and that's when car was done. Texts added an extra day. Text completion of vehicle would be a good bonus, because I missed that call, and would have gotten my car back a day sooner-returned rental. Thanks for taking good care of us, work done was excellent. Funny sidebar- if you asked for cars name you could include that in text... It would have been fun to get updates from "Roo"
