Well we can start with the fact that you had my car for almost 3 weeks. I believe the estimated completion time was maybe a week or so. And after the 3 weeks at least 3 things weren't completely finished. I was told that I needed a new weather strip. And it still makes the same noise. My alignment is still not 100% good. And my truck makes some kind of loud rattling noise now. I would like to get everything took care of, but I'm afraid you guys would have it for another 3 weeks!

All staff members I dealt with did a great just with customer care and professionalism. The work done seems to be great. I picked up the car and drove 760 miles out of state, just two days after work being completed. There have been no issues with the car. Great job by all of the Combs staff.

When I went to pick up my van, I discovered that the molding on the interior drivera side was sliced in several places. In addition, the driver side door was not flush with the sliding door on the van. I refused to take delivery so hopefully these issues are being resolved but they should have not occurred.

Being kept up to date with the progress on my car (by email) was very helpful. It meant I didn't have to call for info (and take up the time of your staff).

I was very unsatisfied with my experience. The repair process took way longer than anticipated and I was left in the dark about what was going on with my car. I was told multiple times my car would be ready only to have the completion date pushed back further. I will not be recommending your service to anyone nor will I choose you again for any further repairs
