Thank you for doing a great job on the repair, but I would have appreciated more communication. I was told it would be done on Friday at 4pm so I took off work early to get there before you close. When I got there, I was told it wouldn't be done until Monday. Was never contacted Monday, received a call Tuesday and picked it up then.

This was very dissapointing repair. There were many problems, Coombs was supposed to contact the insurance agent about the fender on drivers side and disin't and they along with the agent,stated that it was prior damage and it WAS NOT!!!!!!! You have worked on cars and this one in the past. If I can get this worked out, this will be likely the last time

All the change was removed from my car.
Also whomever cleaned my car unlatched my back seats to put them down and put them back up but did not secure them so the first time I hit my breaks they fell forward and hit the back of my drivers seat. It was a little startling.
