Wasn't kept up to date and no one would return my calls. Received a text car is ready. The car was not ready. While Inspecting the car during pickup I found two areas with over spray. How could this be missed

The service staff were not aware of what the issue was with the car. We were told is complete. But when we arrived, it was not fixed. We had to go back and come another day. The quality of Don McGill is coming down and we can feel arrogance.

I was told it would be a 4 day job. I dropped off on 9/6/17. I did not pickup until Monday September 18th so that was disappointing. I didn't need to rent a car either since I had a car.

I thought the experience was great and I know neither GEICO nor Enterprise is related to Don McGill but perhaps if I got something other than the Toyota Corolla I got to rent I'd think of buying a new car. After driving a Corolla for a week I'm happy to get my Camry back and put another 100k miles on her. Thanks!

I'm very satisfied the job that Don Mc.Gill have done on my car. The only thing that I'm really disappointed is the stuff that I put it in my car is disappear and some of the employed stole it even though I already put something on top to cover it already... tell me how can I trust to bring my car to the dealer next time for your to fix...
