I didn't like how I had to keep calling to check on the status of my car and I would get text messages letting me know the status but when I would call, they would tell me that its automated and its not correct, which it ended up being correct. They did do a good job with my car, it was just the communication on their part that was handled poorly. Thank you.

There was a small Quarter-sized ding on my door. I asked for a quote to repair it I was told 400. But also told that they could just buff it and make it look a lot better. So I opted to do that. It doesn't look better. It looks like a larger dull area around the ding. I am very disappointed.

Everything was so well done and so fast an I'm so happy that my car is fixed and back at home. I'm so happy with the result and I'm thankful for the great service.

Job well done

The door and body work repairs were excellently done and I was very satisfied with the work. Unfortunately the car came back with a problem with the brake pedal which was not there when I took the car into the shop. The brake pedal would not return fully to the normal position after being depressed. The car would be returned to the shop for repairs.
