Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac Collision Of Ann Arbor service has been excellent from the beginning. I was initially drawn by the loaner service at the recommendation of a family member. This service gave me significant savings even though I have rental included in my coverage. Liz **** was a pleasure to work with. I was thrilled with the work both quality and completeness which included probably the best detail job my truck had ever had. The communication has been great from my first call after the accident to the last interaction when I picked my truck up. I won't go anywhere else if I need this type of work done and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks! Really appreciate the excellent service. Truly refreshing to have worked with a great example of what it means to live in this great country!

I was very satisfied with the work itself. I do wish I had received updates on the progress of the work. I finally called at 3 weeks (since I was told it would take 2-3 weeks) and was told then that it would be another week. That wasn't a problem since I had a loaner (for which I'm very grateful). But better communication/updates would have been appreciated.

I reached out on Friday about the scratch on my car and emailed pictures. I need to bring my Mazda CX-5 back in to have it repaired after an already lengthy repair. My vehicle was clean however, it is oily inside - driver’s side window, windshield and screen in my console especially. The cover for my accelerator is also missing. I’ve had a vehicle repaired here before and I was very happy with my experience. This is why I returned. I wouldn’t think that I would need to go over my vehicle to make sure that everything was done.

Thanks for making sure that car was completely fixed including taking it to the Honda dealership to resolve issue with sensor malfunction causing warning alarms. Also, thanks for use of loaner as well as car rental through Enterprise to cover more than 4 weeks that it took to get my car repaired.

As I opened my trunk to load groceries yesterday and found it so dirty...did anyone bother to look after the service was done? I took pictures and was planning on calling the collision center today! Very disappointed since my experience from the previous time was very positive.
