With 20k plus in damage, the car looks and drives like it never happened. Criswell collision techs are magicians! Leslie kept me informed at all stages and I'm sure the internet update features and text updates saved us both time on yhe the phone. Please pass on my thanks to the techs. I wish I could have thanked them personally. It is a credit to Audi engineering that we were hit at 35 mph in a rear offset collision and we received no injuries rxcept minor bruising on ribs from seatbelt contraction. Thanks Criswell!
