Everything was done great. Only thing was it took a few days longer than expected, which is understandable. Maybe more time should be estimated and if it's done sooner, then great. Especially when a rental car is necessary.

Criswell Collision made this so painless! I appreciate how easy this was. They were finished with my car a week early and I actually injured my back while they had my car and could not come and get the car as soon as they were finished and they allowed me to take a few extra days to get it. And the car looks great!

Kurt was wonderful to work with. He provided an online estimate quickly, and was helpful in answering my questions. I was very surprised how quickly the work was completed. I figured the exterior of my car would be cleaned for pick up, but didn't expect the interior to be cleaned as well. That was a nice surprise! Thank you!

The completion date was pushed back several timesas new parts were ordered amd new difficulties arose. Recognizing that you can't control or even improve the availability and timely delivery of Tesla parts, I think you could do better at ordered the parts that might be needed in the repair. Having waited nearly several weeks for the "parts" to come in, it was disappointing to learn that more needed to be ordered, and more disappointing still to learn that delivery of the was a moving target.
