We accidentally encountered someone's abandoned exhaust muffler on the highway and it damaged the protective covers on the underside of our vehicle. We brought the vehicle into Criswell's and were greeted professionally by the staff and received an estimate in a matter of minutes. The new replacement parts ordered were available the next day for installation and we were completely satisfied with the work, fast and courteous customer service. Outstanding!

Mr. Fleegle provided outstanding customer service at every phase of the repair process from appraisal to handing over the keys when I picked up the vehicle. The Subaru looks like it did before the deer ran into me. So would have to say repairs where done in an outstanding manner as well. Courtesy vehicle was much appreciated.
