My wheels and grill all have paint streeks discoloration that will not come off with soap and water. Paint on shoulder area has the pearl all wacky. My car now vibrates at highway speed. I was told that nothing can be done. I will tell my friends.

my navigation never worked since the repair .

the wiper rain sensor its not responsive.

Everything looks like there was never an accident. Still missing the window vent visors and the back sliding power window is not working However, I know you've ordered the avs low profile visors. So I'm sure that when they are installed that you can plug the window back in. Otherwise great work

I was directed to Criswell via Nationwide for repairs needed to my VW. I spoke with Kevin Fleegle on the phone as well as in person during my estimate and also setting up my repair appointment. He was even available when I had a question about some bumper work that was not related to my Nationwide claim. I received great customer service and the repair looks perfect.
