I do not want to be contacted; so please don't. I was so happy with the Geico Representative, the Enterprise Rental Representative and everyone at ABRA and was ready to be a huge word of mouth supporter of the entire experience, BUT..... I dropped of my truck with an ****/8 of a tank of gas and picked up a truck with an empty tank. No excuses about gauges, etc.; the simple fact is that I lost an ****/8 of a tank of gas while my truck sat at the shop. I still could have been 100% satisfied if someone would have just listened to me and acknowledged that I lost the gas and they would check into it. I tried to call on Friday and talk to a manager and instead was put through to a service tech., which is not who I had asked to talk to. He just told me that he knows my truck had an ****/8 of a tank of gas when I dropped it off and it was "impossible" that I lost anything more than a little driving around the shop. Well, it isn't impossible because it happened.

All team members were friendly and courteous. I had excellent customer service throughout my experience. I especially liked the text message updates I received during my repair. I would definitely recommend ABRA to friends and family. Thank you all for your help, it is greatly appreciated!

I was not expecting my car to be back so soon and in a perfect condition. They were so efficient and very pleasant i would recommend people to take their cars to ABRA auto body and glass and i know i will definitely take my car there if i had any issues with it.

Getting car into shop took a bit longer then desired. Once in shop, repairs were quick.
